Yael explained that she doesn't just delete the comments; she also searches these users out on multiple social media platforms to make sure that they can't find her elsewhere. As far as I'm aware, there is no blanket solution that can help you identify users across platforms in order to protect yourself from them. But it would be lovely if that existed sometime soon!
