This is awesome. I never even heard this advice before, but this is how I approached my quarterlife crisis from its very beginnings — and I’ve often asked myself, thus, whether I was being stubborn or irresponsible for not taking the more lucrative, stable opportunities that floated past me down the stream. Yet looking back, I’m still thankful that I didn’t take them, and I see how they would have pulled me in directions I didn’t actually want to be going.
