This is a great point. I'll also add that there are serious cultural influences on time management. In some cultures, for instance, being early or even exactly on time — rather than a few minutes late — can be considered pushy or inconsiderate.
... Come to think of it, in some cultures, even #9 ("They never say sorry.") would not be a red flag either. From a Chinese cultural perspective, an apology sort of retroactively heightens the gravity of a situation, emphasizing to the recipient of the apology how much shame/loss of face they (the aggrieved party) might have experienced — and thereby potentially offending them more. In short, apologies are thought to stoke drama, making a big deal of an event that might've otherwise been forgiven wordlessly. Hence, what's preferred is usually *not* to apologize and just to move forward in mutual goodwill.
I thought all the other signs here were a very good yardstick though. :)
