Thanks for adding that, Jane. Yes, of course not all who get ghosted are abusers, and I suspect that most ghosting happens in non-emergency scenarios. (At least I certainly wasn't posing an emergency to all the people who've ghosted me along the years!)

And thank you for your reassurance about the comment. I feel sorry for Robert's pain, even if I feel strongly about where the "abuse" label should or should not apply. I'm glad that even though I was disagreeing, the response came off as compassionate. 💜
