Thank you for bringing attention to this. As a person of European descent who doesn't find that Christianity really resonates for her, I've contemplated the pre-Christian ways of my ancestors. For my Italian side, this is easy to find. For my Eastern European side, much less so — even though Lithuania (as I've read) was the LAST of the Eastern European countries to accept Christianity. I'm optimistic about this revival of interest in Eastern European faiths. No faith is without its flaws, but here's to hoping that it brings back insights into love and harmony that humanity sorely needs.
