Tbh, Seth, I'm also concerned that so many readers are totally on board with the fact that a lot of this seems to romanticize unhealthy patterns of behavior. Actually, beyond simply "explaining" the unhealthy behavior, it goes so far as to ENCOURAGE women to see these red flags as displays of "love." Sounds like a recipe for getting sucked into an abusive partnership, since a lot of people who behave abusively also do these unhealthy things listed here, and since people who can't handle healthy vulnerability are more likely to behave abusively in the first place.

"Oh, he's freezing me out? How romantic!" "Oh, he refuses to talk healthily about feelings? So sweet!" "Oh, he's lying to me about his struggles so that I don't worry my pretty little head? Sounds like a man I can really rely on!"

Um...... no, to all of that.

Let's hope most people know better. ;)
