Sadly, Evgeny, proofreading is the easy part — icing on a completely-baked cake. AI can do this already, so I wouldn't be needed for most proofreading (which is fine). The problem is that there is truly no substitute for the pre-proofreading stage; there are facets of the job that truly do require HUMAN experience for analyzing logic, flow, and internal cohesiveness. No machine can replace a human for this, however well trained. At least not for a very long time.

... but that doesn't stop us from losing work, meanwhile. ;)
