I’m working on the next post and hope to have it up soon! Honestly, I used to travel with full-sized suitcases years ago myself. It was tricky to learn how to pack (much) lighter. But once I actually took the plunge and realized how liberating it felt — and how “okay” I could be without all the extra bulk — it became a lot easier to economize in packing for future trips.

Even if you “downgrade” to a large backpack, I’d say that any lightening of the load is still a step in a happy direction… although, if you’re going to check a bag, it might as well be something with wheels! ;)
