I'm sorry, Michelle. :( I'll be 40 in July, and I don't have the money to go back to school or get into any kind of training program. (I explain more about this in my previous piece about the economic logistics of my midlife crisis.) It's a scary time. I just don't have the slightest clue which field to turn towards, given that so many jobs are going to be killed by AI in the coming years anyway; even if I had a little bit of cash to spare, I have no idea what a safe investment would be.
