I would also add, Harris: it would be nice if footnotes/works cited didn't count towards the total reading time. Citations bloat a word count, and readers tend to prefer shorter pieces. This means that well-researched articles end up suffering in the algorithm on account of how the references (artificially) inflate the reading time. Just another detail for the team to consider. :)
