I went to China to look for work, actually, but it didn’t pan out the way I was hoping. I was lucky that I met a lot of really awesome people there. I was too poor to do much traveling while I was in the country, but I did manage to see also the cities of Hangzhou, Xi’an, and Chengdu. I lived there for about 2 years (minus the months when I was back in the US for visits), and those years are full of some of my greatest memories!
