I appreciate this re-think, Mike. I've been calling myself a freelancer for years because that's literally how I have had to declare myself on my taxes and at my immigration appointments. But "freelancer" gets a bad rap, and a lot of prospective clients look at it as something cheap. I'll try to stop calling myself a freelancer going forward. :)
