I am SO glad that you said this. When Medium accused one of my viral articles as being clickbait — an empowering emotional intelligence piece that drew on my background as a trained mental health volunteer with years of experience also in the research world and a grad degree in the social sciences — I wondered, "If they actually knew my qualifications, would they still be dismissing me like this?"

Then again, if Medium actually knew our credentials, would it even matter?
