Haha, I love that you added this, Herb! This has been a busy month for me, as I was packing and traveling again; I just came back to my apartment in Germany, from my blue-collar town in the US (where I spent the pandemic thus far), and I noticed that I’d saved tons of “single-use” plastic bags here in my apartment, along with plastic tubs that once held cookies and ricotta — just in case I needed them for storage later. ;) Yes, definitely, I think word needs to spread about single-use plastics being very much reusable; as long as they’re not the type of plastic that will degrade and start poisoning your food/drink too easily, then it’s always a wise idea. That’s awesome about TikTok, Pinterest, and the like!
