Not to mention, all the secrecy surrounding the daughter's conception might very well be making the daughter fear that there is something shameful about it — and, by extension, about herself. Transparency and non-judgment are the healthiest thing here, so that the little girl realizes she was conceived in a very normal, natural way and that there is absolutely 100% nothing wrong with her — or her mom. :)
