Yes, I agree with your take on this, and I think the attitude among these guys (i.e., that they're entitled to free sex) is really troubling.

And no worries, I wasn't saying the essay was lacking in any way! Somehow it just clicked for me for the first time that it's bizarre that these guys call themselves incels when sex work exists as an option. I don't know why I never pondered that.
