By the way, John, Medium has a rule that photos need an attribution, or else the piece can't get promoted. I think this is the kind of story whose quality would be a shoe-in for distribution/curation, but the fact that an attribution's missing might have stopped it from going further. Maybe try to add one now, in case it's not too late — and definitely remember for next time! :)
