Thank you also for sharing more about your research. Yes, healthy fat is great! That was another staple in my diet in the “old” days, but, like you said about walking: if I didn’t have those things in my lifestyle, how much more weight would I have gained?
(On that note, I had a slice of German rye toast with half of a mashed avocado for a light dinner just now, yum! Haha!)
And yes, pre-diabetes can be dangerous. I’m glad that things turned around for you for the better.
