Amen. Had this disagreement recently in the comment section of another writer's post: the man was trying to argue that men NEED to be needed. I pointed out that this was the definition of codependency, and that you should want someone who WANTS you, not someone who NEEDS you. Someone whose love is not at all dependent on your provider status. Keep saying it loud, because a lot of men need to learn this, and fast. Thank you!!!
