Agreed. I once asked a Ph.D. program — in a large public meeting — about its attrition rate and time to completion, and they claimed not to have those numbers. That sounded fishy as hell. I don't think you can trust organizations that hide very quantifiable data about user satisfaction and experience, in basically any area of life...
